I can write to ZIP disks on both machines, but the disks are not recognizable by the other machine, sort of like one disk is written in English and the other in Sanskrit...QNX tech support has been of assistance in helping me check what I did for the mount, but since the 1522 driver was written by a customer (see letter below), that seems to be the end of it. Can anyone provide assistance in the 'e3' error code and what to do about it? Are there any SCSI guru's who have perhaps worked on the 1522 driver for QNX 2.21 or the newer 4.2x QNX opsystem? Perhaps the code could be adapted to correct the 1522 driver for QNX 2.21... Additional note: The 154x driver: Blks Date Time Name 20 14-Apr-96 9:44pm 3:/drivers/disk.ahascsi works great for JAZ drives (I have one of those installed also), and even with the above error, can be used to backup and restore from a ZIP. (I have verified that the restore works).
